Yoga Instructor’s Course (YIC) is one of VYASA’s flagship programs, designed to train individuals in yoga’s theoretical and practical aspects, enabling them to teach yoga professionally or integrate it into their lifestyle. It emphasizes Hatha Yoga as a core component, alongside other yoga traditions, and aligns with VYASA’s mission to blend traditional wisdom with evidence-based practices.
