    VYASA Canada is offering Yoga in it’s most authentic form during this Covid 19 times, free morning classes (online zoom) as part of its community outreach and assistance by trained Yoga Instructors of VYASA Canada. Yoga classes will be provided as an educational process to train the human mind to become progressively natural and wean away from unnatural conditions of living adopted due to modern lifestyle. This training is across the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions of human existence.

    The online classes commence at 6 am by health and wellness experts of VYASA community members as well as world-renowned Yogic master, our great VYASA Canada leader Dr. Swami Satya Prakash & Dr Preeti Yogashri Satyam.

    The aspects of Yoga will include:

    • Surya Namaskar, Yoga Asanas and Loosening Practices.
    • Yoga in the COVID-19 era.

    Stop Diabetes Movement (SDM)- 30 Hrs $199

    About SDM

    SDM is a 30 hour yoga program by VYASA designed to help diabetics to control and manage active diabetes. All the yoga practices are safe and proven by research to be helpful in management of diabetes. The program is delivered under the supervision of medical doctors and trained yoga therapist Dr Preeti Yogashri Satyam & her team of VYASA.

    Yoga for Diabetes: Yoga helps in prevention and management of diabetes by lifestyle change (diet, exercise, habits and stress reduction) through mind management. Nearly 100 research publications in indexed international journals from around the world has shown that, yoga helps in several ways:

    KUNDALINI YOGA CERTIFICATE – LEVEL I, II, III Each LEVEL

    The long awaited Kunadalini Yoga Level 1 Level 2 and Level 3 will be offered starting September 2020 by renowned Dr Swami Satya Prakash ji. This is a very special offer only for in-depth yoga seekers who wish to take yoga in their life to higher and deeper levels.

    Each level requires one month commitment of 30 hours for each level i.e 10 hours per week.
